About the Role
Apart from running our own program, we also participate in the government's efforts to better the Indonesian workforce, by contributing through the Kartu Prakerja program by The Ministry of Manpower (Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan). This program aims to develop workforce competency and increase the productivity and competitiveness of the Indonesian workforce.
To be able to take part in the program, we are currently looking for several positions of Admission Intern for the Kartu Prakerja program by RevoU. In this role, you are not only able to get a great experience to build your portfolio, but most importantly you can also actively be part of the team that impacts someone's professional life to be a better one!
Responsibilities
- Engage with Applicants: Enthusiastically reach out to a high volume of new applicants daily to guide them through the admissions process.
- Provide Support: Respond to inquiries across various communication channels and ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Inform and Guide: Provide prospective students with application status updates, general program information, and guidance throughout the application process.
- Assist Throughout Enrollment: Support prospective students throughout the entire admissions and enrollment process.
- Support During Classes: Assist students throughout their course duration, ensuring they stay on track and complete the program successfully.
- Post Completion Support: Help students with their next steps, including assisting with subsequent purchases or enrollments.
- Utilize Internal Systems: Master the use of internal systems and applications to enhance efficiency in daily activities.
Requirements
This opportunity might be the best for those who can do the internship until end of November 2024. Typically for fresh graduates, final year students, or anyone currently seeking for working experience to enhance their knowledge, skills, and ability.
The perfect profile would be someone who has:
- High empathy and great communication skills: You will be spending most of your time talking to candidates, understanding their worries and dreams while providing them with the most accurate information about how our program works and how it will benefit their careers. You might need to persuade some of them to take a leap in their professional journey.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven: You love making sure processes are consistently followed and every detail is accurate. You are tireless in reminding others to make sure that all the T’s are crossed and the I’s are dotted. It bothers you if anything is out of place.
- High energy & motivation: You have the determination to persevere through challenges and adversities and you are able to motivate yourself and the people around you to hit our weekly and monthly targets.
