Our Entrepreneurial and Private Business team under Business Development is looking for an Admin to support their work.
- Maintaining a list of clients
- Gathering key news and helping on research admin on our target
- Regular monitoring of Salesforce and EPB dashboard
- Admin support in terms of BD and events - together with our Marcomm
- Ensuring regular internal meeting and reminding people
- Minutes of external meeting and follow through reminder
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma degree from secretarial or office administration academy with minimum GPA of 2.8 (out of 4.0)
- Fresh graduates or those who have one year of experience in a secretarial/administration position
- Familiar with secretarial tasks also doing research
- Good computer skills, especially Ms Power Point
- Able to handle multiple tasks at one time with tight deadlines
- Good interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Good English, both spoken and written
- Ability to work in teams or independently with minimal supervision
- Proactive personality with strong customer service-orientation
