Job Description & Summary
A position in Markets, within Internal Firm Services. The responsibilities of the role include but not limited to:
Vendor record - eProcurement Management
- Do research on what administrative documents and requirements are needed to register as a vendor
- Prepare/compile all documents and requirements needed to make a new registration/update information as the client’s vendor
- Attend document verification process at Client site
- Upload document to the system and complete the vendor registration/update process with PwC’s information
- Maintain and monitor status and information of PwC all client’s procurement system and update information in the system accordingly (normally update needed every 6 months)
Support in Proposal Development
- Collect tender requirements (RFP/TOR) from client’s office or e-procurement website.
- Prepare administrative documents needed (legal and finance documents, statement letters and any other administrative requirements from client).
- Liaise with various internal unit teams and act as a coordinator who ensures all administration documents needed are attached in proposal documents according to the key milestone.
- Updating all relevant parties if there’s any relevant update regarding the tender process.
- Prepare the hardcopy documents if the tender process is in the manual process
Entity Data Steward
- Review the accuracy and consistency of data submitted in the system through research and communication with the data submitter.
- Maintain data governance and quality in all related platforms, which includes identifying and removing duplicate accounts and updating inaccurate information.
- Educate users on the system’s functionality and procedure.
- Provides support on user issues and appropriately escalates unresolved issues to the CRM supervisor/relevant BD person.
- Engage and collaborate with relevant departments/personnel (i.e. with Finance Central, Finance LoS, RM, Secretaries, GTS) to ensure the system works effectively and the data consistent across the system.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably Business/Economy/Management or a related major
- Fresh Graduate
- Experience of supporting high level/confidential projects.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point.
- Proficient written and spoken English.
- Good correspondence and interpersonal skills.
- Work well under pressure and can multitask
