Job Description

  • Analyze the onboarding list leads to meet up Lazada expectations on priority and strategy
  • Price scrapping, assortment coverage
  • Contact potential customers to join Lazada and make sure it’s a valid contact and talk to the right PIC to negotiate
  • Enter and update customer information in the workstation
  • Take and process seller needs in an accurate manner
  • Develop simulator
  • Assist in Incubation
  • Daily, weekly reporting

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year university, Business or Engineering major preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the commercial field
  • Fluency in both English and Bahasa is highly preferred
  • Exceptional negotiations, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Adaptability to changes in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with high ownership and responsibility
